Title: Drakonius Ralter

Comments: Redesing of the original Draconius Ralter character. He now has hair and a more bad-ass look. Plus I added a short brief history. His uniform actually has meaning as well. The shoulder patch is the only patch he wears, signifying the Battle of the Line. Where he and other defended Earth in a last stand. The buckle signifies his command of the Utopia, while the golden cuffs indicate his rank. Art wise I love this pic, and wish the compression wouldn't ruin it so much. =P
