Comments: This was the first pic I was actually happy with. I still hadn't discovered layers by this point, but it's still good coloring. This is Ralter's anthromorphic form. He has the ability to change to this and is usually in this form since it allows him to liason with true-humans much better, while still setting himself apart. The uniform is a mix of the uniforms in the Star Trek movies and a Dress uniform for the Navy.
